Job summary:
- Plan and facilitate implementation of product testing to advance new product
- Coordinate and monitor product testing to assure data quality and validity
- Responsible for Product Advancement process and product lifecycle management
- Assist National Agronomy Manager and provide product information for product characterization and segmentation
- Design and formulate new technology to enhance product benefit and productivity
- Comply and Implement Core Value of DuPont
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree on Agriculture Subject ( preferably Agronomy )
- Have experience on Field Trial, Statistical Analysis skill at least 1 (one) year
- Able to drive vehicle and has driving license A
- Minimum Index Study 2.75
- Able to operate MS Office Excel, Power Point, Statistical Analysis program
- Fluent on English
- Able to build good team working across departments

Task & Responsibility:
- Part of Corporate Human Resources, located in Jakarta, Indofood headquarter office.
- To manage conflict and dispute within industrial relations area.
- To review and provide input to units about the company’s & employee’s right & responsibilities according to company regulations / government regulations / any other regulations.
- Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the employment policies in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.
- Ensuring the implementation of government regulations on employment at the company.
- Perform consulting services for employee / units / management division within the scope of industrial relations.
- Find a solution in resolving industrial relations disputes between employees and companies, referring to the applicable regulations.
- Work with Government and private agencies related to employment.
- To build industrial relations development programs in order to improve knowledge & skill in industrial relations.
Qualification Required:
- Male / Female, age between 30-40 years old.
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university.
- Minimum five years experience in Industrial Relation.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Good command in English (oral & written).
- Good networking & public relations building with government institution & labour organization / union.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
Management Trainee (Manufacturing)
Qualification Required:
- Male with minimum age 22 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering etc with minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Fresh graduate from reputable university
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good command in computer programs
- Willing to do six months trainee programs
- Understand ISO System
- Good Personality : Diligent & Hardworker
- Willing to be located in Bandung
GA Manager
Task & Responsibility:
- Representing GA head on day to day operation
- Reviewing all expenses on fixed asset purchase
- Planning for maintaining the fixed asset as well as office building & working together with building management if necessary
- Supervise all GA staff’s
- Coordinating the usage of company car
- Coordinating with the building management on cleaning, security matters, parking & building maintenance
- Looking for vendor on fixed asset purchase
- Storage management
- Developing and following the needs of office space required by business unit
Qualification Required:
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years experience in general affairs related work (GA Admin, car parking, asset maintaining) & facility management
- Able to work late & during weekend
- Mechanical & electrical engineering knowledge is an advantage
- Able to use AutoCAD is an advantage
