- Male/female, age 22-35 years old
- D3 broadcasting/S1 any discipline from reputable university
- Good communication ad write in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Highly self motivated, creative, dynamic & energics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interest in political, economic, social, health, & culture (for reporter)
- Working experience in the same field is preferred (for cameraman)
- Minimum 2 years experience as lighting man, audio man and having knowledge about control room (for studio crew)
