-Hold min D3 Degree from Hotel & Tourism
-Minimum 2 years experience in 4 Stars Hotel as Chef de Partie western food production
-Self motivated, strong leadership and supervisory
-Food costing and hygiene knowledge is an advantage
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
