Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for helping production consultants to recruit staff for job vacancies.
* Develops an understanding of the client’s requirements, then identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles, headhunting, and on-line recruitment.
* Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
* Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists
* Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets;
* Other office administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time;
* The Recruitment Sourcing Associate shall be reporting to the Consultant and Managing Director

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III / Bachelor’s/College Degree
* Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
* Self-starter, multi-tasker, dynamic and assertive.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
