HR & GA MANAGER

Experience / Qualifications:

University degree, min. 5 – 7 years experience in the same position

Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Training,

Recruitment and Hiring Performance Management, Employee Engagement &

Communication.

Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Regulation is an advantage.

High commitment to deliver result with positive attitude and

integrity.

General Job Descriptions:

Manage organization design, employee performance, talent management
process, HR policies & compliance, development planning & training,
employee engagement, and internal communication program (including
employee satisfaction survey).
Serves as a link between management and employees by handling
questions, disputes, coaching, counseling and helping resolve work-
related problems.
