CUSTOMER SUPPORT (CS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The purpose of this position is to proactively service and support business clients to ensure quality care and to support the sales and marketing effort. This is a key liaison position between sales, operation, customers, and headquarter departments and will provide various service functions such as troubleshooting, and sales activities as appropriate. General customer service activities including resolving billing disputes and communication of demarcation information to customers. Implementation of sales orders and post installation follow-up calls.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Male/Female, Age max 30 years old.
· Min. S1 degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience.
· Candidate should have three years of professional experience in telecommunications/ constructions industries.
· Experience in fiber optic network and broadband technology is desired.
· Candidate should proves excellent time management, personal organization, and communication and skills.
· Must also be proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft Office products.
· Fluency in English both write & oral.
· Good knowledge about ISO 9001 & Health Safety management.
· Job location in Jakarta.
