Operation Support Specialist – 3 Positions

Responsibilities:
- Manage office and data center systems, applications and networks.
- Develop and enhance data center processes and systems to maintain high service level.
- Participate in project by implementing systems based on user requirements.
- Follow up on system failures and provide recovery and preventive measures.
- Provide after-office hours supports on systems, applications and networks.

Requirements:
- Possess a degree in IT related discipline.
- Have 2-5 years of working experience in technical operation and support environment.
- Past experience on application development will be an advantage.
- Knowledge on Windows operating systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge on firewalls and TCP/IP networking shall be preferred.
