Java Programmer (J2SE)
Requirements:
- Hold Diploma/Bachelor Degree majoring in IT, Computer Science, Information System
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Java J2SE programming
- Good Knowledge in database Oracle or SQL Server
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work as a team
Helpdesk Staff
Requirements:
- Male max 30 years old
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- At least 1-2 of years’ experience in service desk / technical desk support
- Good communication skills, written & verbal (must be fluent in English)
- Very good support knowledge in Microsoft products, email system, MS Windows OS and Office suite of product
- Very good knowledge in Service Desk application or other Helpdesk applications
- Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc)
- Good knowledge in various business application environment
- Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service, inter-personal and telephony skills sets
- Process oriented
- Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
- Able to multitasked
- Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative
