Singatac Engineering Pte Ltd is a well-established company in providing procurement, construction and installation services for the oil & gas and marine industries. We are headquartered in Singapore and have a total workforce of over 400 employees.
We service clients from all over the world and are well recognized by them for providing effective and efficient solutions to their needs.
Due to our business expansion, we have established a new production base in the Lobam, Bintan in the Riau Province of Indonesia under PT Singatac Bintan. The production base is located within the Bintan Industrial Estate, a designated Free Trade Zone. We expect to employ at least 1000 workers directly or indirectly in Bintan.
We are seeking high motivated and experienced professionals to be part of our expanding dynamic team.
Logistics Executive
(Riau – Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam, Bintan)
Responsibilities:
Import/Export coordination and documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of material and inventory status.
Ensure smooth operations within the warehouse and logistic function.
Ensure that all custom procedures and documentations are current and fully complied.
Training of store men and storekeepers.
Requirements:
Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
Min 5 years of relevant working experience.
Good knowledge in Indonesia custom legislations, laws and practices.
Good knowledge in import/export documentation.
Possess English language proficiency, computer literacy, written and oral communication skill, analytical skills, problem solving skills and customer focus.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Accommodation within the industrial estate will be provided. 15 minutes away from 2nd largest town, Tanjung Uban, in Bintan. 60 minutes away by ferry to Singapore.
5 ½-day work week.
Shortlisted applicant must be prepared to attend a personal interview in Jakarta.
Successful applicant must attended induction training in Singapore for a period of 3 to 6 months prior commencement of work in Bintan. Accommodation/transport will be provided.
