SPANISH RED CROSS MEULABOH HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

The main objective of this post is to oversee the office management and human resources in Spanish Red Cross Meulaboh Office.

Position: Human Resources Officer

Reports to: Admin & Logistic Delegate / Head of Subdelegation

Based in Meulaboh, Aceh Barat

Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of extension.

- Keep staff files with necessary documents in order.

– Assist Delegate or direct in charge in recruitment process.

– Responsible for HR duties, including salary files and update.

– Coordinate with finance in Payroll (Salary, overtime, quittance) Calculation.

– Manages staff and implement staff employment policy autonomously.

– Liaison with Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Social Security (Jamsostek).

– Ensures information flow for HR issues, advises management on HR customs and legal environment.

– Undertake duties assigned by the Delegates.



Additional Tasks:


– Implements daily cash payments and other operations of CBFA Project.

– Responsible of financial reports and monthly reconciliation of CBFA Project.

QUALIFICATION:

– Great attention to details.

– English – fluent oral and written

– Previous similar work experience

– Excellent computer skills

– Management skills

– Excellent negotiation skills

– Accountability

– Able to work without supervision and priorities the work according to the needs for timely performance of her/his duties.
